Guided By Data.
Inspired By Women.
What is WIDA – Nordics?
WIDA – Nordics is a community for people who work with data and want to see more women and non-male voices in the spotlight.
We organise free events in the Øresund region and aim to expand across the Nordics. Our events focus on real-life use cases, career development, and technical deep dives, while creating a space for learning, networking, and sharing experiences.
Our goal is to support and empower women in data to grow their careers, build confidence as speakers, and connect with a strong, welcoming community.
What We Do
- Events & Meetups – Free, community-led events across the Øresund region.
- Networking & Support – Space to connect, share experiences, and learn from others in data and analytics.
- Speaker Platform – We prioritize non-male speakers and help new voices get on stage.
Next Event: Machine Learning & AI Agents
October 19, 2026
On October 19th, we’re talking Machine Learning & AI Agents, and honestly, it’s hard to think of a more timely topic. Whether you’re just getting curious or already building with them, we’ll cover the basics, look at how they’re actually being used, and figure out together where agents fit into our day-to-day work.
All of this in a cozy jazz-club setting at Epicurus, surrounded by brilliant women in data and analytics.
Come for the talks, stay for the conversations. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and maybe a colleague or two. 🎷
When: October 19, 2026
Where: Epicurus Jazz Club
Rosenborggade 15, 1130 Copenhagen, Denmark
Interested in Speaking at our Events?
We love to feature both new and experienced speakers! Each event typically includes one seasoned speaker alongside someone newer to presenting – helping fresh voices gain confidence in the community. Whether you’ve given many talks or it is your first time, we’d love to hear from you!
